Love, I know how you feel. My advice (if I may so humbly offer it) take an evening off to yourself, put your cellphone on silent, sign off of all chat devices online and just get a bowl of ice cream and put on a good movie or show and just chill in bed until you pass out. Oh and take a nice long warm shower before I do all this really helps. I feel super clean and beyond relaxed.
