Who doesn't love Elton?

I love high-waisted shorts, and I love the way she's paired her shorts with boots. And her blouse is just marvellous! Love the silhouette, loose up top cinched in with body con bottom.
I'm loving all forms of the black blazer, in this picture paired with an out there and eccentric top. I admire anyone who absolutely rocks a hat, and boy, does she rock it!
Really love:
- Feminine mixed with masculine
- Classic pieces (that bag is so versatile)
- Shorts and tights
(If winter wasn't already over I would be looking everywhere for the perfect pair of laced up, chunky boots, just like those ones!)
